No shipping or delivery is provided for merchandise orders placed in November and December 2020.
As FortWhyte Alive is closed to the public, contactless Curbside pickup will be available only from 10am-6pm, Thursdays and Fridays and 10am-2pm on Saturdays from FortWhyte Alive, 1961 McCreary Rd. For the health and safety of our staff, customers will be asked to remain in their vehicles at all times while on FortWhyte Alive property.
Please note that FortWhyte Alive's trails and buildings will not be open to the general public on these pickup dates. We will be re-opening for general visitors and members as soon as the Provincial restrictions allow.
Returns or exchanges for merchandise orders placed online in Novermber and December 2020 are avaiable within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Experiences at FortWhyte Alive are not refundable. We do not issue refunds for program registrations (tickets) and memberships once the order is confirmed and payment received.
